Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Officer to support the implementation of various projects within the organization/business. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for sustainable development and a desire to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of project activities, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and other relevant materials. Assist in drafting reports for donors and stakeholders.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing updates as needed. Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant topics to support project development and implementation. Analyze data and prepare summaries to inform project strategies.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for project-related events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking, participant registration, and material preparation.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with projects or within the business sector.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Albanian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
