Development of competences among young people and entrepreneurs of the 21st century in Albania
December 15, 2022The BiblioTech Challenge is a three-day national competition for children and young people to encourage them to develop technological and innovative ideas on issues and challenges that are tangible nowadays and to prepare them for the workplace of the future by increasing their digital skills while providing safe internet, through the Friendly WiFi.
The challenge is organized by ASDO with the support of UNICEF and the Government of the United Kingdom within the Program against Trafficking in Human Beings.
During this challenge many idea were presented, mentored in advance by the best experts in the fields of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship, with the focus to help and encourage children and young people to bring their ideas to life.
The purpose of this challenge is to increase and expand the interest of children and young people in technology, innovation, modelling of social centres, entrepreneurship, digital goods and online protection, while they will learn from each other to solve problems in the team and be better prepared for the job market and their career orientation.
The competition has engaged children aged 8-18 years old with the main goal of supporting, developing and generating new ideas, as well as establishing the possibility of technological and innovative concepts through entertainment, learning with attractive and interesting methods and through pitching.
