WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2011, the Albania Sustainable Development Organization (ASDO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable future for Albania and the Western Balkans. Our work focuses on empowering individuals and communities through education, digital transformation, green entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. With a strong commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ASDO designs and implements impactful programs that bridge local needs with global standards—collaborating with public institutions, international donors, private sector actors, and civil society.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower communities across Albania and the Western Balkans by promoting inclusive, sustainable, and innovative development. We are dedicated to supporting individuals—especially youth, women, and marginalized groups—through transformative programs that enhance digital literacy, social inclusion, green entrepreneurship, and labor rights.
By bridging local needs with global standards, ASDO designs and delivers impactful projects that build capacities, foster civic engagement, and unlock opportunities for growth and resilience in society.
We work in partnership with public institutions, international organizations, academia, and civil society to drive systemic change and amplify local impact—ensuring no one is left behind.
