Empowering Migrant Workers through a 3R framework in Albania, ASDO and Labor Inspectorate of Albania Establish Partnership in Pioneering Project
On the 16th of February 2024, the Albania Sustainable Development Organization (ASDO) and the State Labor Inspectorate of Albania have joined forces in a pioneering initiative aimed at enhancing the rights and working conditions of migrant workers in Albania.
Under the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the project titled “Empowering Migrant Workers through a 3-R Framework in Albania” embarks on a mission to instigate meaningful change over the next 12 months. The kick-off meeting, held at the offices of Labor Inspectorate, marked the official commencement of this transformative project. Bringing together the project team from both ASDO and the Labor Inspectorate, the meeting served as a pivotal moment to outline objectives and aspirations for the forthcoming months.
